- Responsible for Coaching and evaluating each
Area Manager of Sales and Operations on
consistency, accountability and performance
skills. Provides direction to the Region
Management Team. Monitors and
manages performance of region. Develops
strategies to achieve region growth, service,
and financial goals. Teaches Region Management
Team effective job skills. Delivers key
controllable expenses within budget targets to
maximize productivity and profitability.
Performs frequent and regular location visits
to monitor and adjust region strategies.
Maintains accountability for regional
performance
Manages
corporate policies and procedures to ensure
effective expense management strategies are
developed and executed. Works
with Division VP to implement from a
region/area perspective all programs/tools to
ensure increased performance and proficiency.
Implements
company-wide initiatives to ensure
participation and effective communication with
Region Management Team.
Required qualifications:

4-year degree in a business-related
field or equivalent experience
·
5+ years experience in DME/Respiratory
Health Care
·
5+ years of supervisory experience
required
·
Sales and Operations management
experience preferred
·

Responsible
for coaching a team of Sales Representatives in
their assigned areas to meet company sales growth
goals and marketing services to physicians, ancillary
healthcare professionals and to the hospital community.
Meets goals and objectives that are defined as a
company standard for industry growth and a sales
team’s performance. Responsible for revenue
growth, increasing market share with effective sales
team management and utilizing an effective marketing
strategy to enhance the overall success and growth
of the company. Responsibilities
include performing in a leadership role to monitor
financials, staffing, regulatory compliance, and
policy and procedure implementation.
Duties include working closely with Regional
Manager (RM) to implement protocols, programs,
and tools to increase performance. Monitors staffing
levels, expenses, equipment utilization, and inventory
to ensure maximum performance. Executes budgets
within the Area and locations. Hires subordinate
staff and ensures they are completed all set objectives.
Ensures that area complies with operational procedures,
regulatory compliance, and JCAHO regulations. Supervises
and evaluates Location Managers (LCM) for accountability,
performance, and productivity.

Responsible
for day-to-day management of company operations.
Exercises management principles to ensure profitability,
control assets, and communicate company philosophy
and objectives to the staff and community. Duties
include calling on key referral sources and maintaining
key accounts. Monitoring marketing plan and budget
monthly. Maintaining ongoing liaison with company
staff, Billing Department, senior management, and
/ or corporate staff as required. Participates in
regional/local meetings as requested. Ensures that
Certificates of Medical Necessity (CMN) and other
documentation required for reimbursement are procured
in a timely manner. Monitors the A/R aging report
to attain A/R goals. Manages materials procurement
and distribution. Ensures company standard of inventory
level is met. Develops and maintains a working knowledge
of current Medicare, Medicaid and insurance regulations.
Interviews and hires staff as needed and approved
by senior management with emphasis on recruiting
best-qualified candidates. Conducts in-service training
for appropriate staff members at routine intervals
on products, telephone techniques, third-party payer
procedures or other relevant topics as necessary
or desirable to improve service. Monitors company
operational expenses to comply with established
percentage to revenue limits. Introduces and implements
a quality improvement program to comply with company
and JCAHO standards. |

with a background in respiratory services, durable
medical equipment sales, home medical
equipment, or pharmaceutical sales to help us
grow our $600 million business healthcare business.
Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining
relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics,
pharmacies, local professionals and other referral
sources in the medical community. In addition
you will be expected to meet or exceed your monthly
sales quota, continually educate clients, and
market our services, respiratory equipment, and
medications to new prospects.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary,
a highly lucrative commission plan, a car allowance,
cell phone allowance, plus a comprehensive benefits
package. Successful sales representatives earn
$65k to $100k+ annually, this includes
both base and commission.

Seeking
Qualified Respiratory Therapists who want to be

patient's lives.
Qualified Respiratory Therapist candidates
should possess previous home health care
experience helping patients with aerosol therapy,
oxygen and other home healthcare equipment, and
have the ability to assess the needs of the
patient and provide care and education
accordingly. Home health experience is not a
must, however it is helpful.
Candidates must also possess any applicable
licenses and must also pass a background check and
drug screen. With this opportunity you will
have the ability to work with some of the nation's
most advanced home medical equipment and provide
outstanding services to patients within your
territory.
